Putting unused and lost clinic capacity to work. Predict. Engage. Fill.
Every day, healthcare appointments go unused while patients wait. Deep Medical's AI agents find that hidden capacity and put it to work, before it disappears.

The questions we are asked
-
Yes. Deep Medical works with the patient administration and booking systems your teams already use, and can write back into them, so nobody has to learn a new tool.
-
It simplifies and removes work. Slots are found, patients are contacted and bookings are updated automatically in the booking system, so admin teams spend less time chasing lists and working the phones.
On average our clients save 27 minutes per slot in wasted administration time. -
We have built our own proprietary models over seven years focused on the one task of maximising clinic capacity. They are trained for each deployment. The system works autonomously in the background – predicting, engaging and writing back to EPR/PAS.
-
A pilot runs inside specialties and clinics that you choose, on your existing systems, and reports against measures agreed before it starts. Funding routes vary by Trust, and we walk through the options in the first conversation.

Deep Medical operates in line with NHS information governance and security requirements, working with each Trust’s local IG team to complete the required DPIA. Data is encrypted in transit, with transfers taking place either within HSCN or via secure SFTP. Deep Medical follows the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, holds Cyber Essentials Plus, meets DTAC requirements and is available through G-Cloud.
All activity within the platform is logged, providing a complete and auditable record of actions taken.

Yes, at named NHS trusts. The results on this page come from live work at Mid and South Essex NHS FT and Ashford and St Peter's NHS FT. Kevin Percival, Chief Nursing Information Officer at ASPH, describes it in his own words below. The full evidence sits on the Stories page.
“I’m really pleased to be working with Deep Medical to use their cutting edge technology to support our outpatient services. Ashford and St Peter’s carry out around half a million outpatient appointments a year, but a number of these go unfilled for a number of reasons, particularly those appointments cancelled with short notice.”
